Prerequisite of construction products' placing on market - based on Construction Products Regulation 305/2011/EC - is the compelition of performance verification process. As a designated and notified body of the European Commission (Notified body number: 1415) ÉMI performs the construction products' assesment and verification of constancy of performance.

The ÉMI Certification Office conducts the certification activities for construction products according to methods (1), (1+), (2), (2+) indicated in the technical specifications.
The technical specifications that the certification process is based on, which are the designated and notified technical area of ÉMI, are available at the European Commission - NANDO website.
The certification process is initiated by the submission of the completed and signed application form.
